Concert Attire:
Black tux jacket, white tux shirt, black bow tie, black socks and black shoes, or all-black: black skirt or dress (tea length or longer), black dressy pants, blouse with sleeves or black button down shirt with full sleeves, black stockings or black socks, and black shoes.
Attendance Guidelines:
You are an important member of the GRSB. In order to achieve excellence in performance, we need you at each and every rehearsal. If it becomes necessary for you to miss a rehearsal, you must contact the personnel manager by phone or e-mail prior to the absence. If you anticipate missing more than one rehearsal during a concert cycle, or missing the dress rehearsal, it is essential that you contact the personnel manager. It may be necessary to arrange for a replacement.
Leave of Absence Policy:
A one year leave of absence is allowed if submitted in writing to the personnel manager. If more than 50% of the regular concert season is missed by a GRSB member, then that year is considered a leave of absence for that player. If that member does not return to the GRSB after one year of leave of absence, he/she will be required to re-audition if they desire to return to the band.
