| Submit your ad in either hard copy or in the following formats: eps, hi-res pdf or tiff. These files may either be mailed in print form, on a floppy disk or CD or e-mailed to swygmans@hotmail.com. |

Corporate Sponsor - As a corporate sponsor of the GRSB, your company will be promoted heavily throughout the season. This will include your company logo featured in all print advertising, on the GRSB website, posters to promote the season, a full page ad in our season program as well as on the page listing all programs. Your company name will be included in all press releases for each concert and radio ads. You will be invited back stage to meet the band members and the conductor, receive an invitation to attend dress rehearsals and receive 20 tickets for your own promotion with your customers, clients or for employees.

Corporate Underwriter – As a corporate underwriter, your company will receive valuable promotion during the concert cycle you choose to underwrite. Select one of five concerts during the concert season. Your logo will be featured in a half page ad in the season program, print ads, articles and posters for your concert and on the GRSB website. Your support will be announced during all pre-performance speeches for the concert that you underwrite. You will also receive 10 tickets for your own promotion with your customers, clients or for employees.

Corporate Contributor – As a corporate contributor, you will receive a 1/4 page ad in all season programs, your name listed as a corporate contributor in the season program, a certificate announcing your company’s support of the GRSB for display at your place of business and your logo featured on the GRSB website. You will also receive six tickets for your own promotion with your customers, clients or for employees.

Individual Gifts & Underwriting

| The GRSB is a community band. As such it is largely supported by gifts from its members and the community. Without these gifts the GRSB would not be able to continue to provide concerts to the West Michigan community. Everyone who donates to the GRSB will have their name listed in our program. |

| This program provides an opportunity for donors to endow a chair. The donor’s name will be placed in the season program and enhanced recognition will be given to the band members who hold principle chair in their respective sections. Please contact us for a list of available chairs. |
